It will be an out-and-back walk so participants can turn back at any time to customize the length of their walk based on their own individual fitness needs. This walk will be on a trail and you will encounter some uneven terrain and some inclines. This route is not easily handicapped-accessible; especially in certain weather conditions. \nThe walk leader will be Dr. Christine Brussock and the program topic will be updated closer to the date of the walk. This walk is being organized by Penbrook Borough Walk With A Doc group\, Capital Area Greenbelt Association\, Susquehanna Township Walk With A Doc\, and Dauphin County Parks & Recreation Department.
