- Respect, maintain and protect this biological resource as though it were yours. Enjoy the natural setting while leaving it unspoiled. Be considerate of others.
- For your safety and safety of others, use appropriate lighting after dark.
- Overnight parking, camping and sleeping in vehicles overnight is not permitted.
- The trail is designed for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles. Protect the surrounding air quality and quiet.
- For the safety of wildlife and trail-users vehicles should not exceed 15 mph.
- Share the trail. Keep right, pass left, announce your presence and slow down when passing slower trail users.
- Public restrooms are available at Wildwood Park, Reservoir Park and Ft. Hunter.
- Refrain from swimming in the stream as it threatens the welfare of the natural fish and wildlife living there.
- Leashed pets are welcome. The Greenbelt is a safe-haven for all types of wildlife.
- Remember to clean up after your pet. Removal of all pet wastes prevents the spread of pet diseases.
- Respect private property. Stay on designated trails.
- Peaceful visitors are welcome. Hunting, fireworks, firearms/weapons, excessive noise, destruction of property, and disturbance of wildlife are not welcome.
- Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited.
- Due to the threat of fires, do your grilling at home. Campfires and charcoal grills are prohibited.
- Repairing and washing of vehicles should be done in your own yard or driveway, not ours.
- Help keep the Greenbelt clean. Leave no trace: carry out what you carry in. Clean up after less thoughtful visitors. Waste receptacles are available in many parking areas and trail heads or else take it home with you.
