The full walk will be approximately 2 miles however, there is an option to head back earlier if you don’t want to walk the full walk. Most of the walk will be flat, but there are some slightly elevated areas.

Dr. Cayce Onks from Penn State Hershey Medical Center will be our doctor for this program. He specializes in Family Medicine, and Primary Care Sports Medicine and he is an Assistant Professor, Family and Community Medicine and Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. Walk Topic: Managing heat while exercising outside.
